Rates are exempt from the General Sales Tax (IGV) according to LAW 27037.

Credit is not applicable.
Payment must be made 30 days before the check-in date at the Lodge.
If the reservation is made within 30 days of the check-in date, payment must be made upon reservation confirmation.
Non-refundable.
Does not apply during Easter (April 17-20), National Holidays (July 26-29), and New Year.

CHILD POLICY:

Children under 5 years old share a bed with their parents.
Children aged 6 to 12 are provided with a bed.
Meals are included for children.

PICK-UP AND TRANSFER SCHEDULES:

Pick-up from hotels in the city of Iquitos: 9:00 a.m.
Boat departure schedules from the Port to Heliconia and vice versa:
Departure from Iquitos to Heliconia Lodge: 9:30 – 10:00 hrs.
Departure from Heliconia Lodge to Iquitos: 13:30 hrs.
Subject to change without prior notice.
Other entry and exit schedules outside the indicated times will incur an additional cost of US$ 180.00 per boat.
