Located on the left bank of the Marañón River, about 120 km southwest of Iquitos, Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge offers privileged access to one of the most extraordinary natural areas on the planet: the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, known as the “Forest of Mirrors” for its rivers and lagoons that reflect the Amazonian sky.
This exclusive eco-lodge is situated in the buffer zone of the reserve, surrounded by a private reserve of approximately 130 hectares, where nearly 96% of the area is composed of untouched primary rainforest, protected since 2005 as part of an important Amazonian biological corridor.
A sanctuary of biodiversity
The lodge’s surroundings faithfully represent the natural richness of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, considered the largest national reserve in Peru, covering more than 20,800 km² of flooded Amazonian ecosystems that host an extraordinary diversity of species.
Within the lodge’s private reserve, more than 200 species of fauna and over 300 species of flora have been recorded, including birds, primates, reptiles, amphibians, and medicinal plants native to the Amazon rainforest. 🌿🐒🦜.
Cabañas
The lodge features nine cozy eco-cabins, designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding rainforest. Built with local materials such as wood and palm-thatched roofs, each cabin offers: Private bathroom, Mosquito nets and natural ventilation, Terrace with hammock, Panoramic views of the rainforest and the reserve.
The cabins, available as double or family accommodations, combine comfort and authenticity to provide an intimate experience in the heart of the Amazon. 🌿🌳
Wepe y Mukuika
The double and Twin cabañas. Built in one-level for single or double occupancy in 45 square meters.
Mutsapirika, Iruaka, Pichka, Soakta, Katnsi y Putsa
Built in two levels (with mezzanine) prepared to accommodate up to six pax in 65 square meters.
Itineraries
The lodge’s activities are designed for travelers to immerse themselves in the Amazon’s natural environment and local culture. Among the most remarkable experiences are:
- Navigation through Amazonian rivers and lagoons
- Birdwatching with more than 140 recorded species
- Interpretive walks through primary rainforest
- Night excursions to discover the wildlife of the jungle
- Thematic routes such as the Primates Route, Reptiles Route, and Shiringa (rubber) Route

INCLUDE:
- Trip transfers from the airport or hotel in Iquitos city to the Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.
- Accommodation in Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.

- Guided excursions according to the selected package and visit to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
- Entrance fee to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
- The rates of PS programs – 104, 5 days 4 nights include 01 nights camping with máximum capacity of 10 passengers.
NOT INCLUDE:
- Air Ticket, airport taxes,bottled beverages and other services not specified.
Payments shall be made according to the following policy:
- Fit’s to 1-5 passengers, 100% of the booking, max. 30 days after being confirmed by Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.
- Groups 6 to more passengers, 50% of the booking, max. 45 days after being confirmed by Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge. The remaining 50% will be paid at least 45 days before the arrival of the group at the lodge.
Requests for additional rooms are subject to availability. - Last minute bookings (less than one week before the arrival to the Lodge) must be paid 24 hours after making the reservation.
- If payments are not received on the dates indicated here, the Lodge is free to dispose of non-prepaid bungalows.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
- Children 0 to 11 years old will have a 40% discount rate base don the number of adult passengers. From 12 years old are charged as an adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Groups of 1 to 5 people: the cancellation of reservations be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the arrival of guests (see Special Note in high season) and will only be subject to 15% the administrative charges. If the reservation will be canceled after that date, no refund will be made.
- Groups of 6 or more passengers, the cancellation of reservations be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the arrival of the group (see Special Note in high season) and will only be subject to 15% the administrative charges. If the reservation will be canceled
after that date, no refund will be made
Promotional / Special rate
Any program with a promotional or special rate is NON-REFUNDABLE.
SPECIAL NOTE
The cancellation policy will NOT be applied in offers and promotions where bookings are regarded as NON REFUNDABLE.
Therefore no refund will be made in case the client decides to cancel.
In high season (long weekends, Easter, Independence Day, Christmas and New Year) reservations that are cancelled will not be
refundable. Once booking and payment are confirmed, a full list of passengers with their personal identification data must be sent to
Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Not responsible for delays, losses, social upheaval, climate and external factors.
- Programs are subject to changes by the Lodge to preserve the security, comfort and safety of our passengers.
- Any changes will be made without penalty to the Company.

WHEN BOOKING AT PACAYA SAMIRIA AMAZON LODGE ALL PASSENGERS ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEREFORE AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION, IGNORANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS CANNOT BE CLAIMED.
