Designed by innovative architect Jordi Puig, Aria Amazon is a river cruise ship that is custom-built to explore the Peruvian Amazon and the famed Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve bringing you the best Amazon river cruise experience with minimal impact to the delicate surroundings.
Setting a green example for every other Amazon river cruise vessel in the region, Aria Amazon features a water treatment plant and virtually smoke-free, fuel-efficient engines that comply with strict US and international environmental standards.
Sister ship to our state-of-the-art Aqua Nera, Aria Amazon features 16 suites with floor-to-ceiling windows giving guests a full view of the Amazon’s majestic river and rainforests. Guests also savor the best of Peruvian cuisine with a comprehensive dining menu created by Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, one of Peru’s most accomplished chefs and a pioneer of rainforest-to-table cuisine.
With twice-daily excursions, conducted in groups no larger than 12 and led by our expert guides, guests can expect extraordinary adventures in the world’s largest rainforest while sailing on board Aria Amazon.

On board Aria Amazon, expect sumptuous and refined Peruvian cuisine orchestrated with native Amazonian ingredients. Renowned chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino presents a remarkable menu transforming seasonal produce from the rainforest into world-class dishes.
Since 2001, chef Schiaffino has been studying the food and cooking traditions of Amazonia, working beyond the kitchen with anthropologists and environmental scientists. Calling the rainforest his ‘natural habitat’, chef Schiaffino has cultivated a knack for skillfully incorporating sustainable produce and ingredients from the Peruvian Amazon into his cuisine. In fact, 70% of all ingredients used in chef Pedro’s dishes on board are sourced locally.
